Hide and Seek

Ok I thought I had them in order, but you can get the meaning of it!!

I came downstairs and Zane was missing!! I looked in the entertainment center, he hides in the bottom cabinet. No Zane, no Zane and then I saw a little finger sticking out of the cabinet!! I got the camera and surprized him! He giggled and giggled, so proud of himself. I had him show me how he did it. Crazy kiddo!!

Random pictures of Zane! Winter time!

Zane is just a little busy body! But I would not want it any other way, alwasy watching, trying and being a little boy.

These are a domino set that he got for Christmas, he lines them up with like cars, but his own way!! He had a great time playing with them while I make dinner.

He was outside helping dad take down the christmas lights! He would play in the snow and then follow dad around!

Who knew a staircase could be so comfy!!

This is a little Noahs Arc set that his Aunt Sheila got him for Christmas. All the little animals will fit inside, he carries it around and then sets up his animals, for the most part he gets them all right!!

Every sippy cups needs a ride!!

Zane loves to play with Grannie and Gramps camera!! Dad keeps it in his pocket when he comes to see the boys, Zane will come over and take it and pretent to take pictures! I have no idea why he always holds it backwards, but it is cute! He was taking a picture of Tyson and dad!
He is very serious about the whole process!!

Zane was not sure of the leaves the very first time we took him out. Yes these should have been the first fall photos, but I forgot about them due to my binge blogging!! So Scott thought maybe tossing him into the leave he would enjoy it......
To soon.....
Too late......

Smiles all around in mid air!! :) He was laughing the entire time!!

Birthday party!!

We were invited to a birthday party for friends of ours! Zane had a blast!! He played with the other little kids, painted a pet rock (he still plays with), made a bug box and put plastic bugs in it, playing on different toys, and played in the one mud puddle on the property!! Im so glad that we went I met some new people and had a great time myself. Tyson was a trooper the whole time, smiling for anyone that said hi to him. I did not get too many pictures Scott had one and I had the other. But we all had a good time.

Zane playing with Chase and looking at chickens!!

The start of the mud puddle....thinking about it......

I just had to walk thru it!! Im suprized that he did not splash around in it more, he usually does play in puddles like a pro! I had to laugh that Zane and Avery were in the puddle at the same time, they are only a few weeks apart in age! I found it cute and glad that I got this photo!!

This is how I kept track of him!! He would not hold still to have the balloon tied to his wrist, so I got it on his pants!! He thought the balloon was the coolest thing! I was trying to figure out why, and he has never been around balloons, so this was a really cool new thing for him. We have family allergic to latex so we never have balloons around, some things you just find normal are a really a new adventure to some!! He had fun with it for the next day, and then he popped it!!

Smiles = trouble, not these two!!

I have no idea how I caught these two holding still long enoght to get this picture done! Zane is looking at me and I am holding the camera to the side to get them head on.

Zane was drinking out of my coffee cup (it was empty or someone would have to check me in). After he takes a drink he says awww!

Boys playing!

Tyson loves to be in this walker, he is really trying to move it himself. Zane like to give him his little toys on it for Tyson to play with. One day (of course I did not get it on film) Zane was helping unload the dishwasher and has a large plastic spoon. He went over to Tyson to show him, Tyson grabbed on and would not let go and Zane pulled him across the kitchen with it. It was the cutest thing.

I love the way Zane pulls and pushes him around. Just a little side note, when this was filmed, Tyson weighed in at about 20ish pounds (last week at his 6 month appt, 22.8 lbs)!! Plus the walker was mine when I was that age, so it has a little weight to it. It does not sound like a lot, but it is amazing to me! And the way he had to line it up against the wall. After he "parked" Tyson, he took all the bumpers off from the base, so we had to put zip ties to keep them on!

Storybook Island and Dino park

Storybook Island is the best place for families and kids (it is free of charge, they just ask for donations, the Rotory clubs of Rapid put it together)! They have made a park with story book that kids can climb on, play in and be kids. It was fun to see the stories that Zane reconized. Again Tyson was just hanging out and taking it all it.

Alot of them are in memory of or donated by. Some of them were sad stories, this fire engine was in memory of some kids lost in a fire. Zane sat and drove it and moved all the levers and showed Tyson how to drive.

This is Pooh play house. He walked to the top and yelled down at me.

He knew cat in the hat and sat still long enough for this picture, which really surprized me or Im just getting really quick with a camera.

He was one cool little dude on the duck!! He loved these animals on giant springs, he sat, held on and got them to move a little.

Im not sure who like the diggers more dad or Zane, but Zane sure watched what dad was doing and then tryed it himself.

Dino park is really neat, a little boy at the top told us that it was 88 steps to the top. Zane walked about 80 of those steps. We did this just before we left Rapid to come back to Billings. Worked he slept past the Montana border.

1880 town and Wall Drug

We stopped at the 1880 town because we knew it was a self guided tour and you do it at your own pace! That way Zane got to take the lead and walk around and run. He did not know what to look at first, he had not seen alot of the stuff they have. They take old building and restore them to the original condition, they have a complete town. It will be intresting to take the kids back when they have had an American history class so they can see what they have learned. I enjoy it for the history and they are always adding decor and buildings.

This was in the fire house. Yes he was this serious the whole time.

Tyson just hung out with dad, looking around sucking on his two middle fingers.

Checking out farm equipment with dad.

Not sure why he is puffing out his chest. the building behind with hotel on the side has a saloon in it with a stage and bar. You can also rent costumes while you are touring it. A few young ladies had outfits on, it looked out of place but yet it did not.

Saw the big cow! They have Texas long horns and a camel around the property, I beleive they have the grand champion long horn.

This is part of the wall drug photos, my camera died so I got very few pictures of Zane. He really liked the buffalo they have on display so I found him a little buffalo to play with. He chewed on the horns, while talking to Tysons monkey.

When we got to Wall Drug it was raining and raining, so we had to find a bench inside for me to feed Tyson. Scott and Zane walked around while I sat in the main shopping area while Tyson had his bottle. It was fun to watch Zane people watch.
